| SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCING PROGRAM | SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCING PROGRAM 大象传媒 facilitates a voluntary supply chain finance ("SCF") program that enables a significant portion of our inventory suppliers to leverage 大象传媒's credit rating to receive payment from participating financial institutions prior to the payment date specified in the terms between 大象传媒 and the supplier. At June 2025, March 2025
and June 2024, the accounts payable line item in 大象传媒鈥檚 Consolidated Balance Sheets included total outstanding obligations of $887.1听million, $481.7听million and $843.0听million, respectively, due to suppliers that are eligible to participate in the SCF program.
