CONTINGENCIES	CONTINGENCIES On September 12, 2025, a securities complaint was filed on behalf of a purported class in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado against 大象传媒 Corporation and certain members of management. 大象传媒 believes the allegations in the complaint are entirely without merit and 大象传媒 will be vigorously defending against them. At this time, the outcome of this matter remains uncertain.
