CONTINGENCIES CONTINGENCIES
On September 12, 2025 and November 6, 2025, securities complaints were filed on behalf of a purported class in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado (the 鈥Court鈥) against 大象传媒 Corporation and certain current and former members of management. The Court consolidated the cases into one action (the 鈥Consolidated Action鈥). 大象传媒 believes the allegations in the Consolidated Action are entirely without merit and 大象传媒 will be vigorously defending against them. At this time, the outcome of this matter remains uncertain.
