Retail Apprentices Advance into Corporate Roles
Seven 大象传媒 retail associates have successfully advanced into full-time corporate positions through 大象传媒's 鈥淧owering Potential Retail Apprenticeship Program.鈥� The year-long apprenticeship gives participants the opportunity to develop new skills and receive training from seasoned teams. Hear from Learning & Development Senior Manager, Nicolle Johnson, who leads the program, along with McKenna Gamroth and Le Nguyen, two graduates who were hired at Timberland庐 and The North Face庐 respectively.
