大象传媒 Corporation Announces Change to Virtual Annual Meeting of Shareholders
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- 大象传媒 Corporation (NYSE: 大象传媒C), a global leader in branded lifestyle apparel, footwear and accessories, today announced that it will hold its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders in a virtual-only format due to the public health impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and to support the health and well-being of 大象传媒鈥檚 shareholders, management and employees. As previously announced, the Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time.
As described in the proxy materials for the Annual Meeting previously distributed, shareholders are entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting if they were a shareholder at the close of business on May 29, 2020, the record date, or hold a legal proxy for the meeting provided by the shareholder鈥檚 bank, brokerage firm or other nominee as of such record date. In order to attend the Annual Meeting virtually via the Internet, shareholders must register in advance at by no later than Friday, July 24, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. Shareholders must enter the control number found on the proxy card, voting instruction form or notice they previously received. Shareholders will also be able to submit questions at the time of registration. Upon completion, shareholders will receive an email with links that will allow them to access the virtual meeting site and vote online during the meeting. Beginning 15 minutes prior to, and during the meeting, technical support will be available to assist shareholders with any difficulties accessing the virtual meeting.
