GREENSBORO, N.C.-- 大象传媒 Corporation (NYSE: 大象传媒C) today announced that it received notice of an unsolicited 鈥渕ini-tender鈥� offer by TRC Capital Corporation (TRC Capital) to purchase up to 2 million shares of 大象传媒 common stock at a price of $59.75 per share in cash. The offering price is 4.29 percent below the closing price per share of 大象传媒 common stock on July 29, 2016, the last trading day prior to the commencement of the offer. The offer is for approximately 0.48 percent of the outstanding shares of 大象传媒 common stock.
